Easton Urban Garden is a non-profit group dedicated to organic, sustainable horticulture to feed the Easton community. All produce is donated to Easton food banks, soup kitchens, and other organizations for the needy. Mark was kind enough to accompany a few of us out to the garden to help weed, prune, and make suggestions for fall planting. He discussed the Easton organization\u2019s passion for helping to feed and sustain the community through healthy, fresh food. We will be happy to welcome Mark back in the fall to help with planting and support the gardens with fundraisers.
