Jenelle Behmlander started working in Skilled Nursing in 2015 as an Activity Director. She knew right away that Skilled Nursing was her passion.\u00a0Jenelle earned her Master\u2019s in Science in 2018 from Clemson University. She takes pride in the work she does and strives every day to ensure the patients receive the best quality of care.\u00a0Outside of work, Jenelle loves spending time with her husband and her two children, going on fun day trips, and going to the gym.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Jennifer Terefenko has been at New Eastwood for 9,5 years.\u00a0She started as the Short Term Rehab Unit Manager then transitioned to the ADON position in 2021. She is responsible for handling Infection Prevention and Staff Development.\u00a0Jennifer also assists Nursing with all aspects of Patient care and Admissions. She is married and has two children.\u00a0In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with family and friends. <\/p>\n
Tina Considine has been the Director of Admissions at New Eastwood since February 2021 and she enjoys helping the patients and their families coming to the Center. On her free time, Tina loves spending time with her family.<\/p>\n
Chrissy Radaker has worked at New Eastwood for 19 years and has been the Director of Rehabilitation since 2017.\u00a0She enjoys working with patients and their families towards their discharge goals.\u00a0Chrissy has a certified therapy dog named Jasper that comes to work with her a couple times a week.\u00a0 <\/p>\n
Elizabeth Soto has been at New Eastwood for one year, but she has eleven years of experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Her goal is to assist residents and their families with obtaining needed community services and developing the safest discharge plan possible. Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her husband, laughing, dancing, and watching her son play basketball.<\/p>\n
Duane Remish started with New Eastwood in April of 2022. He is married for 37 years. In his spare time, Duane enjoys his family, fishing, boating and woodworking.<\/p>\n
Noelle Semrau has been at New Eastwood for about one year, and working in healthcare for 3 years. She meets with residents regarding their food preferences and special dietary needs. Noelle also monitors residents’ weight closely and handles all tube feeding needs. Noelle enjoys building relationships with residents while addressing their nutritional needs.\u00a0In her spare time, Noelle coaches a local high school cheerleading team and enjoys cooking.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Christina Butz has been working at New Eastwood for a total of 17 years. She handles all aspects of Medicaid enrollment, Accounts payable, resident trust accounts, HMO insurance updates, Census. Christina has been married for 20 years. In her spare time she enjoys being with her family. Especially her grandchildren.<\/p>\n
Rhonda McKinley is New Eastwood’s RNAC (Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator).\u00a0She first joined New Eastwood in August of 2018 but has been working in Long Term Care in various roles since 1995.\u00a0Rhonda enjoys spending her free time with her fianc\u00e9 Dan, her daughter Hailee, her son Brayden, their dog Mojo, and their\u00a0cats Taco & Pico.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Anthony began working in healthcare in 2024 as a MIT for Healthcare Services Group . Anthony’s path in the healthcare field has brought him through several facilities in Pennsylvania. He is responsible for the cleanliness and presentation of the New Eastwood Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, as well as ensuring that resident rooms exceed facility sanitation standards. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, hiking and everything to do with being outside also loves everything to do with videogames and loves watching movies and shows.<\/p>\n
Jason has been in the food and beverage industry for 26 years. Out of High School he received his Associates in Culinary Arts. He was an Executive Chef for Disney World. Upon going into long-term care, he had worked for well-known restaurant groups. Jason has a love and a passion for cooking for people. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and his two children.<\/p>\n

Sherry has been with New Eastwood for a total of 17 years. 15 of which has been with Life Enrichment. Her favorite part of the job is putting special events together for residents and staff. In her free time, she enjoys decorating, crafting and spending time with her husband Ryan and their 2 dogs.<\/p>\n
Brooke has 15 years of experience in the long-term care sector across various positions. My goal is to foster a positive work environment where staff members support one another as well as our residents. My caring nature has been a driving force behind my long-standing commitment to the healthcare industry. On my off time I enjoy spending quality time with my family. My hobby is coaching field hockey and being a mom of two.<\/p>\n
Diane Vera is the Director of Nursing (DON) at New Eastwood and has been in nursing and long-term care for 10 years. Diane\u2019s goal is to ensure that her patients get the respect and level of care they deserve, as this is their home and we\u2019re just working in it. She has ambition and accepts the challenge that comes with being the DON. Prior to nursing, Diane primarily focused on being a mother to her two wonderful boys, which now both have fur-babies that she enjoys catering to. Aside from work, Diane enjoys traveling with her husband, and golfing.<\/p>\n
